Our Tandoori Specialties
The tandoori oven is a cylindrical heated grid. The tandoori method involves marinating meat for 24 hours in a delicious blend of yoghurt and spices. The meat is then cooked on skewers in the Tandoori.
The tandoori dishes are served with basmati rice (paleo), green salad and mint sauce

Rice and Biryani
Biryani are served with vegetable curry sauce
An excellent curry prepared with a special blend of spices, green peppers cubes, onions, tomatoes and fresh coriander
